The double winged eyeliner look has become popular in celebrity make-up, on you tube and beauty guru blogs as well. It's a simple twist from classic eyeliner but very versatile. It can be subtle for a day look, brightened up with highly pigmented shadows, simple and round for a pin-up look, or darker and longer wings for a more exotic look.
The first picture here is my personal favourite. The highlight between the wings really make them stand out, and the sparkles add a touch of glamour. With more colour, bigger wings and some dots this could look a lot more tribal and very dramatic.
